Shipping & Returns
Every bag is crocheted start to finish after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — your order is the reason the bag gets made.
Because each bag is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Your bag is crocheted specifically for you, so it can't simply go back on a shelf.
If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.
Normal wear from everyday use — softening, gentle stretching, fading over time — isn't considered a defect. That's cotton doing what cotton does.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card or bank details go directly to PayPal — we never see or store them. PayPal handles that information under its own privacy policy.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We share it only with the services we need to run the shop — PayPal to take payment, and UPS to deliver your bag.
